I am looking for someone reliable, dependable, and honest. Must be able to obtain an insurance producers license. English and/or Spanish speaking, preferred.
  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred, but not required.
  • Comfortable working with monthly sales goals and annual quotas.
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
  • People-oriented
  • Self-motivated
  • Pride in getting work done accurately and timely.
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers.
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
  • Ability to conduct interviews in the office or on the phone or over email
  • Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective customer policy reviews.
  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer and present products based on need.

Compensation $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
